I'm a local, ECMK accredited Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor who has been working in the property industry for over ten years.
I have a wealth of experience working alongside surveyors, estate agents, landlords, renters and home-owners. I have a keen eye for detail and a detailed understanding of the property industry.
I established AWRA to provide a more personal and straightforward approach to domestic energy assessments: professional enough for agents, landlords and project partners, but friendly and accessible for homeowners who may never have arranged an EPC before. I carry out each assessment personally and aim to make the process clear from the first enquiry through to delivery of the finished assessment.
Our Expertise
We're based in Cardiff and cover the surrounding South Wales and English boarder areas. We provide accredited EPC and retrofit assessments in compliance with UK regulations. We also provide property services; inventories, mid-term assessments and check-outs for rental properties.
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
We provide accredited EPC assessments in compliance with UK regulations. A valid EPC is required to be able to buy or let a property in the UK and is valid for ten years. Whether you are selling a home, letting a property, managing a portfolio or checking your property’s current energy performance, AWRA provides a straightforward local service from booking through to certificate delivery.
Retrofitting
We provide detailed retrofit assessments to guide the enhancement of properties and buildings. A retrofit assessment provides guidance on upgrading a property or building to become more energy efficient.
Property Assessments and Reports
We provide inventories, mid-term assessments and check-outs for rental properties.

Green Zone:
Starting price of £85
Covers: Cardiff, RCT, Merthyr, Caerphilly, Bridgend, Vale of Glamorgan etc.
Orange Zone:
Add an additional £15-£20 for travel
Covers: Newport, Monmouthshire, Neath, Swansea etc.
Beyond orange zone:
Price on request dependant on location
Cost depends of size of property, complexity, access and location.
