James has over ten years experience working in the property industry alongside estate agents, landlords and tenants providing mid-term / interim inspections, property condition reports, smoke alarm and CO testing and check-in/outs reports.

Throughout his career, he has carried out detailed property condition reports across England and South Wales, helping landlords, agents and tenants benefit from clear, accurate and independently prepared documentation.

Since moving to Wales, he has worked closely with Rob Gluckman of Celtic Inventories and continues to do so.
